KENOVA (AP) _ An illuminated floating object in the night sky over the Ohio River prompted about 70 phone calls to sheriff's dispatch centers in the West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. "Some people were just wondering what was going on and some people were really scared," said dispatcher Kevin Fannin of the Scioto County (Ohio) Sheriff's Department. Calls poured in about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

"We sent a deputy to check it out who determined that it was the Blockbuster blimp," Fannin said. Blockbuster Video's blimp floated into the Tri-State Airport from Columbus, Ohio, as part of a nationwide tour of the video company's stores.
